Most of us think something, say something else and act differently.This leads to total chaos in our minds and we are left in a confused state. To have a proper balance and a healthy state of mind, we should speak and act according to our thoughts.For eg., if you believe in God and decide to leave everything on him and then if something happens, you just start getting panic...no thats not what you thought of! You should act according to your thoughts and stay calm and happy! Same way, if you decide not to be hurt by anything that happens, then act accordingly...don't react to the smallest thing happening around you ...Your actions are more valued than your words...If your words say you love your neighbors but your actions doesn't show that, then nothing is valued ever...Here your thoughts are also violated with whats going on!! Everything like this leaves you as a confused person with no harmony or blessed state.
The best state is the meditated state of mind, where there is no confusion, no judgment, no envy, no competition, no inferiorities and no explanations. Think something , speak and act accordingly! If you do this, the person standing in front of you in a mirror will respect you to its most and believe me this person is the most important person on the whole earth, because you can lie to anyone but not him!!!
